Weekly Emails
Content marketing sent to users on a weekly-basis
Build and launch a giveaway website to grow email list, promote PonyApp merchandise and community build.
To drive community building, awareness of PonyApp merchandise, new user acquisition.
I built a website on Shortstack that allowed our users and Instagram followers to upload a photo of their horse and vote for other contestants. Between Shortstack, Mailchimp and a few Zapier integrations, I was able to continuously engage contestants throughout the giveaway by updating them on their vote status, and encourage them to invite friends to earn extra points.
Daily social media posts encouraged our social media following to enter the Pageant.
Daily email communication updated contestants on how many votes they had earned, detailed the pageant prizes and encouraged contestants to invite their friends to earn additional points.

Weekly email series including The PonyWorld Weekly and PonyApp Pro-Tips rounded up our weekly Spotlight content and educated users on new PonyApp features. We routinely interviewed top athletes and influencers in the sport for exclusive content that also promoted PonyApp's key features and use-cases for our users.
Trigger emails were sent to users upon completion of conversion events such as creating their account, adding the first horse to their stable, and upgrading to our premium subscription. These emails usually had links to online tutorials for unlocked features and FAQs and tips for the feature they just accessed.
